This is just an extension of the dock connected to Honeyside in Riften. It adds no new functionality, it's just there to look cool. Nightingale/Nocturnal fans should like it.
Install:
Add plug-in NightingaleDock to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data
Unintall:
Remove plug-in NightingaleDock from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data
Notes: This was my CK learning project. I learned i have a love-hate relationship with navmesh.
After all is said and done i believe i got the navmesh down. Please inform me of any issues, as of now I see none.
